Xwévi designs the experiences, coordinates participants and facilitates the relationship between the parties. Xwévi does not act as a travel agency under French regulations.

  • Unless expressly stated otherwise, Xwévi is not the direct provider of catering

  • These services are provided by independent local actors.

Xwévi commits to selecting reliable partners and coordinating the experiences under the best possible conditions. However, Xwévi cannot be held responsible for:

  • Services performed by third parties
  • Hazards linked to the local environment
  • Cultural or interpretive differences

7. User commitments

Users undertake to:

  • Adopt behaviour suited to the context
  • Show respect and discretion

8. Intellectual property

3. No travel package

Unless expressly stated, the offers proposed by Xwévi do not constitute travel packages within the meaning of French law. Xwévi acts as an intermediary and coordinator, not as a travel organiser.

4. Booking

Booking takes place after an exchange with Xwévi and after validation of a personalised proposal. It becomes effective after:

  • Acceptance of the quote
  • Payment of a deposit

Payment is made according to the terms set out in the quote:

  • Balance before departure

Any change requested by the client may lead to:

  • A programme adjustment

Xwévi acts as coordinator. Each local provider is responsible for the services it supplies. Xwévi cannot be held responsible for:

  • Incidents occurring during activities carried out by third parties
  • Local conditions
  • Unforeseen events

9. Conditions specific to immersion

Xwévi stays involve simple comfort conditions, a rural environment and non-standardised activities. The client acknowledges accepting these conditions.

10. Insurance

Travellers are strongly advised to take out:

  • Travel insurance
  • Repatriation insurance

11. Applicable law

These Terms of Sale are governed by Beninese law.
